BTW, Bill Baue and I featured Natura in our 2010 working paper for the Kennedy School called "The Accountability Web: Weaving Corporate Accountability and Interactive Technology." (Back then it was called Web 3.0. Oh, we were so innocent!) Still, we believe our analysis remains valid, and in this post you demonstrate, with Natura as exemplar, why. Thanks again!
