An excellent recap; and in the "lessons learned" part, I really like the "...avoid being forced into elevator pitches... If your target audience only has forty-five seconds to understand something as complex as the climate or biodiversity emergencies, they will be impervious to external inputs."
In a world where we are more and more subject to that elevator-pitch demand, in just about all aspects of life, that final observation is really a powerful one. Yes, we're all busy and have many voices clamoring for our attention, but if the listener doesn't reply with "Okay, here's my number; call me and let's talk seriously", then you know you wasted your forty-five seconds.
