So much for me to take away from this article - thank you. Taking on board “wayfinders” as described here points to a deep and quiet way of being in the conversation. In my work I hear from a lot of people who have a perspective, very credible expertise or are running a campaign on a specific issue. The arguments are clear, the comms is honed and many would perceive them to be right. But “right-ness” can lead to blindness. I think the questions you point to here are great for wayfinders or anyone working in this field - ‘what can’t I see’ and even more ‘what don’t I want to see’. Uncovering my own blind spots has helped me work better with others - and you are right, we can’t do this alone.
